This class is themed each week to focus on an area of the body, a chakra or an intention. Expect a meditation, pranayama practice and relaxing Savasana at the end. THE YIN YANG CLASS Keep fit, burn fat and tone your body from the comfort of your home or Outdoors with this unique class. Fusing Fitness and Yoga. Warming Up with Yoga, moving on to HIIT Intervals, followed by Body Weight Exercises and finishing with Stretching and Savasana to bring your mind in to stillness and relaxation. All levels of fitness welcome. Suitable for all levels of fitness and flexibility
