A high intensity, low impact ride set to great music. All levels of fitness come together to get fit, burn fat, release stress and improve muscle tone. The Monday Class is 45 mins, comprising of 30 minutes of indoor cycling and 15 minutes of Core and Stretch. Wednesdays Class is 30 minutes of pure indoor cycling.

Beginners Yoga Class
Calm your mind, strengthen your body and immerse yourself in Yoga. Held in a beautiful Yoga Studio on the outskirts of Thame and limited to just 8 people per Class. Each week we focus on different aspects of Yoga, learning postures, alignment, breath awareness, meditation and much more.. As space is limited the classes are sold in blocks of 5 (Yoga Class Pass), drop-in Classes are available subject to availability.

The Yin Yang Class
A fusion of Fitness & Yoga to build strength, burn fat, stretch out and calm your mind and body. Warming Up with Yoga, next it's HIIT Intervals to burn fat., followed by Resistance Bands to work muscles and finishing with a Holistic Stretch and Savasana to bring your mind in to stillness and relaxation. This class is perfect for those wanting to burn fat, tone and stretch muscles and unwind from a busy life!
