FLOW & RESTORE YOGA
Practice Yoga on-line and/or join me at Thame Wellbeing Studio for face to face classes. .Finish the week off well with this gentle blend of Hatha and Restorative Yoga. This class is themed each week to focus on an area of the body, a chakra or an intention. Expect a meditation, pranayama practice and relaxing Savasana at the end. Suitable for all levels of fitness and flexibility!

A 45-minute pure strength training workout, using free weights, kettle bells, resistance bands and body weight exercises. Learn how to train safely and effectively and work every muscle in your body. Build lean muscle, lose body fat, and get stronger all from the comfort of your home.

Spin in Thame Indoor Cycling Classes are back at Lord Williams Lower School. Join me every Monday and Wednesday for half hour of high intensity, low impact cycling. With hills, sprints and jumps, all set to an eclectic playlist to ensure you have fun whilst getting fit, burning fat and improving muscle tone. All levels of fitness welcome!
