Spin Class (Half Hour)
Spinning but not as you know it. A high intensity, low impact ride set to great music. All levels of fitness come together to get fit, burn fat, release stress and improve muscle tone and core. HIIS or high Intensity Interval Spin is one of the most efficient ways to burn fat yet retain muscle. Yoga Class (1-Hour)
I love Yoga and after practicing for 8+ Years I trained over two years and qualified with a high merit in Summer 2018! I am very excited to share this practice with you so that you can experience the wonderful benefits of vitality and wellbeing that Yoga brings. My Yoga Classes are suitable for beginners and people wishing to deepen their Yoga Practice. Together we will practice all aspects of Yoga from the breathing exercises, poses, flows, locks, meditations and much more! I also teach Yoga at Bicester Hotel and Spa, please ask me for latest class timings.

Yin Yang Class (1-hour)
A fusion of Fitness & Yoga to build strength, burn fat, stretch out and calm your mind. We begin with Pranayama (breathing exercises), Warm Up with Yoga. Next it's HIIT Intervals to burn fat., followed by Resistance Bands to work muscles and finishing with a Holistic Stretch and Savasana to bring your mind in to stillness and relaxation.

Personal Training (1-Hour)
I offer a bespoke Holistic Personal Training Service centered around your personal health and fitness intentions and working with you to transform in to your Best Version! Whether you want to change your body shape, build strength or get fitter, I can help motivate and inspire you. Together we can achieve your fitness and wellness goals. This is not a quick and easy fix and it requires your commitment and desire for long lasting change. Taking a holistic approach means we will look at all aspects of health and fitness including nutrition, wellness, lifestyle habits, sleep, stress and much more!
VENUE: Various Studio's in and around Thame or in your Home. COST: £50.00 per hour or £45.00 if buying Block of 5 Sessions or more.
5-Week Yoga Course
Immerse yourself in Yoga for 5-weeks every Monday 9.30-10.30am. The next Course starts in September 2019 (more info on this soon). Venue is the beautiful Mill House Studio. Each week we focus on different aspects of Yoga, learning postures, alignment, breath awareness, meditation and much more.
