Hope you've had the best Summer enjoying all it has to offer! I certainly have and though my Classes and Clients keep me fit and I live a relatively healthy lifestyle, I have enjoyed myself too and now I want to cease some of the habits that aren't serving me or my body.
I want to strip a little fat, create a little more definition, re-populate my gut with good bacteria, get the glow back in my skin and feel strong in heart and mind, be more resilient to daily stress, balance my hormones and cultivate more positivity in my life!
Lots of things you might say! It's a good job that everything is interconnected and focusing on a few key areas will address all of the above and more.
