In 1998 I burnt myself out. Eating disorders, depression, anxiety and self destructive addictions were my life challenges and through fitness, yoga, meditation and healthy eating I found a way to over-come them and it was life changing. I was so struck by my own transformation that I felt it was my calling to help others to transform too! I went back to study, first qualifying as Personal Trainer then as a Fitness Instructor and more recently as a Yoga Teacher. I love bringing the different disciplines and practices I've learned together to help individuals in a truly holistic way.
I am constantly updating my knowledge through study and self development, from Naturopathic Nutrition, Meditation to Spinning. I received a 'high merit' from the British School of Yoga (BSY Ltd) in 2018 for completing their Hatha Yoga 200-Hour Teacher Training Course. Currently studying Kundalini Yoga which I hope to finish towards the end of 2020.
